ZillowVERIFIED I was very hesitant about purchasing a home in the current market. I worked with another agent with no success. My first meeting with Alexci was a headspin due to the amount of information that she provided. I was looking for a home for three months before finding a new agent. The amount of knowledge I received from Alexci during our first meeting made it clear that I have been doing this entire home offer thing WRONG!! I couldn't belive this was the first time I had been hearing out some of her approaches to getting an offer accepted. Alexci has some very agressive ideas when it comes to writting offers. It was a lot to take in but at the end of our first meeting she told me that if I trust her, she will work dillgently to get the job done and was cofident that with what I was working with she would make the deal happend. 3 weeks into the search we placed 2 offers with our 2nd one getting accepted. Alexci's industry knowledge shines bright and my family and I were truly blessed to have another shot at finding a home. If you are stressed and on the verge of giving up, you need to speak with Alexci!! She will give you every strategy she can think of and give you the best chance of finding a home in this madness.
