I'm Sy Hashimi, a Bellingham real estate agent and Managing Broker with RE/MAX Whatcom County, helping buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Whatcom and Skagit Counties, including Bellingham, Ferndale, Lynden, Blaine, Sudden Valley, and Point Roberts.

After nearly a decade in real estate, with more than 100 families served, $40 million in sales, and more than 25 years of living in Whatcom County, I bring a combination of local market knowledge, practical experience, and skilled negotiation to every transaction.

I hold the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABRA(R)), Certified Residential Specialist (CRSA(R)), and Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNEA(R)) designations, reflecting my commitment to continued education and effective client representation.

Having purchased my first home at 21, I understand firsthand the importance of making informed real estate decisions. Giving back is also an important part of my business. Through my Give Back Relay Project, I donate a portion of my compensation from each sale to Seattle Children's Hospital and a nonprofit selected by my clients.
