ZillowVERIFIED I am so glad I found Suzy and smart enough to sign her as my realtor. To say the least, she is knowledgeable, professional, competent, and Willing! She convinced us that it would be good to start the buying process when we were heading on a 3+ week vacation that weekend. I wasn't sure it could happen. But Suzy worked tirelessly to ensure we had a contract, set us up with the absolute best banker and ensure that we would not have any issues while we were gone. I had 2 action items, that's it, while I was on vacation. Suzy took care of the rest. And believe it, we closed on the property within 45 days! That just doesn't happen without a lot of coordinated effort on the part of my tireless realtor. I will use Suzy if I ever want to enter on a real estate transaction in the future. Anyone would be wise to do so!

ZillowVERIFIED Can't express how much we valued Suzy's help! She was very knowledgeable and when she didn't know a answer to our question was quick to investigate. A previous realtor I worked with made me go into the experience with extra caution but Suzy restored my faith! We were up for making an offer and when Suzy thought it could be over priced, instead of taking full advantage of these two out-of-towners, she did the extra work to make sure we weren't over paying. It's hard to beat honesty like that! She will definitely be my next and only realtor for the area!

Our realtor should have received full commission from the purchase of our home as the listing agent of the property was not doing her "job" as the listing agent.
