Her experience in real estate and knowledge of the area as not just a realtor but a resident for many years was evident as she answered our never-ending questions--- and evolving needs and ideas; if Suzie wasn't sure of the answer to something, she didn't hesitate to say so, and she would find out and let us know....which she always did. We appreciated Suzie's expertise but also her patience, her honesty and her energy. Aside from the professional relationship, both my husband and I felt a warm and friendly relationship with Suzie on a more personal level. On more than a few occasions our very young granddaughters had to come along with us for viewings, and rather than being less than happy about that (which would have been understandable), Suzie was kind, patient and even engaging with the little ones.
