ZillowVERIFIED Unfortunately, my experience with Suzanne Valentin has been a nightmare. She became my property manager in December 2019 and has failed to effectively or efficiently manage the home. She continues to ignore serious requests pertaining to deficiencies within the home - some work orders remain outstanding following 92 days since initial report. In addition, I have hazardous mold growing in the home I am leasing, which remains unaddressed 43 days following initial report to Ms. Valentin. While she may be a good realtor, she is not an effective property manager.

ZillowVERIFIED Suzanne was amazing from start to finish. We only had one weekend to find a home and I had flew in from Tennessee to house hunt. Her extensive knowledge of the area was key as we had never been here before. Even with our tight timeline, she managed to handle everything perfectly which made things less stressful. Her real estate expertise was essential as we were unfamiliar with the cost of the area and what the norms were. I would say Suzanne went above and beyond what a normal Realtor is supposed to do for their clients. I will definitely recommend her to anyone moving to this area :)

ZillowVERIFIED Suzanne helped us sell our home in MD when we moved out of state, and helped us purchase a new home when we moved back. When we sold our home we really benefited from her networking and experience. She found us a buyer before our home officially went on the market, AND for more than asking price. When we were relocating back to MD, we were only here for 10 days for a house hunting trip. She worked tirelessly to find homes for us and handled everything during the process. She knows the market and will go to bat for you. Buying a home can be stressful, but with someone as knowledgeable and hardworking as Suzanne, it makes it so much easier.

ZillowVERIFIED I actually switched from one agent to Suzanne due to her expertise, negotiation skills, her kindness and compassion, and doing the "little things" to put me at ease during the stressful days when my home was on the market. I was retiring from the state of MD, selling my home, and moving to another state so I was juggling lots of hats, and Suzanne was a great barometer of patience and reassurances during this stressful period. In fact she remains in touch with me since the sale of my home ( 6/18 ) and consequent relocation, and I have referred her to friends who will be selling their homes in the next year in MD. She is a very impressive realtor, and a classy lady too, you won't regret choosing her as your next realtor. All the best : )

ZillowVERIFIED Suzanne's initial presentation provided an current assessment of the market and allowed us to accurately set the sales price our home. After listing, she gave us timely feedback from potential buyers which we used to adjust our sales strategy. She guided us through the final negotiations in a matter of hours insuring that there were no issues with the contract. Through her extensive contacts, Suzanne arranged for all the necessary things that needed to be done to complete the sale (inspections, repairs, etc). Thanks to her efforts, closing went off without a hitch. I highly recommend Suzanne Valentin to prospective buyers and sellers.

ZillowVERIFIED Suzanne could not have done a better job for me. The marketing materials she put together were so great I had second thoughts about selling! She had a buyer for my home in a matter of days. And when I had moved literally across the country, she took care of all those last minute items that had to be done before closing. I really couldnt have been more pleased or grateful for all her help

ZillowVERIFIED Suzanne sold our home, in two days, for more than we asked. That in itself is more than enough for me to recommend her. Afterwards, even though it was a bit of a drive for her, she found us the perfect house. If there were an award for Best Real Estate Agent in the whole wide WORLD (I checked, there isn't), well... ... she'd at least be in the top ten or fifteen for sure. Friendly? Heck yeah, that goes without saying. However, where she REALLY shines is the amount of knowledge she has of the industry and of homes in general. She has answers, the right answers, to questions you didn't even know you had. When you are walking around a house all wide eyed and amazed at the fresh coat of paint in front of you, you want to have Suzanne there whispering to you that the heat pump is 50 years old and the county land fill is behind the fence. She's the best you're likely to find, so don't be a fool, stop clicking around, and just hire her.

ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Suzanne through a friend who had purchased their home with her help. I was not in the least disappointed with the service. We had extenuating circumstances that required that that my family move quickly and Suzanne was very responsive to those needs. She was able to identify what we wanted out of a home and provide a selection of homes within our price range. The experience didn't at all feel like a process and she provided sound advice and counsel every step of the way - which was very appreciated from a first time home owner. I cannot recommend Suzanne's services enough and I would definitely seek her services again should I find myself in the home buying market again.

ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Valentin and her team were the absolute very best real estate team my family and I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Suzanne's expert knowledge of both the area and the home buying process as a whole go unparalleled. I would highly recommend and encourage anyone who is interested in purchasing a home to contact her as I know that no one else in the area can match her team's level of professionalism and caring. Ms. Valentin took extraordinary care with us during our move from overseas. Her responsiveness and follow up during the entire process was exceptional. She regularly took time during off hours to ensure we had all the information we needed. Suzanne made detailed walk through videos of the residences that we were interested in, making the selection easy when we could not be there to personally walk through ourselves. Additionally, Ms. Valentin and her team streamlined the process with documents that you were able to sign and submit via email. The end result was a wonderful home buying experience that could not have gone any better. Thanks again to Suzanne and her team, they are the best team this area has to offer.

ZillowVERIFIED Suzanne first helped me find a house when I moved to Maryland in 2009. She listened to my requests, responded quickly to my many phone calls/texts/e-mails, and found me a great home at a great price. When it came time for me to move to California this year (2014), I of course contacted her again for the sale. I was under contract in less than a week for a great price! Suzanne is wonderful -- a great combination of professional expertise, wonderful personality, hardworking motivation, and great ideas. I highly recommend her (and have to many others).

ZillowVERIFIED Suzanne helped me as a first-time home buyer looking for a short-sale. The process took a really long time (7 months from bid to closing). Many times I was left out of communication and tried to figure out what was happening with the bank/seller - but Suzanne tried her best to keep me informed. She definitely thought this house was the best fit for me.

ZillowVERIFIED We contacted Suzanne through the Zillow website when we were passively looking at a new build home. She not only got the information we wanted on that home, but offered to assist us in finding other homes. We told Suzanne exactly what we were looking for, and that we really weren't looking to buy right away. Suzanne acknowledged that we were waiting for the perfect home and offered to take us "window shopping" to get a feel of different lay outs the area had to offer with no strings attached. Over a two month span, Suzanne showed us multiple homes that met everything on our want and needs list. She listened to us at every step of the way and never pressured us into making a decision. On top of finding our perfect home, Suzanne also sold the townhome we owned. She walked us through the process every step of the way, from photographing to staging the house. She had our home sold within a week. It was remarkable! We kept in close contact with her through many, many emails and were always answered within a day- if not sooner. She was knowledgeable on both buying and selling homes and helped us to understand the process. Suzanne was wonderful to work with from day one. She is a hard working professional who truly cares about her clients. I highly recommend her for both buying a new home and selling your existing one!

ZillowVERIFIED We were very grateful to have worked with Suzanne Valentin (Keller Williams) in buying our first home! She's a great realtor who really knows her stuff. She knows the demographics of the areas including, schools, libraries, public recreation spot, shopping, restaurants and the like. She is very personable and approachable, along with being professional. Whenever I had a question or concern, she was very quick to respond and answered it thoroughly. Since this was our first time buying a home, she explained the process thoroughly, stepped us through the process, and did all she could to help it go as smoothly as possible. Initially, I worried about being pushed into a place by a realtor who wanted to make a sell, but this was not the case at all. Suzanne was very patient and listened to all our needs and wants. We couldnt have asked for a better realtor. I remember when she was showing us places, she would point out important things to take notice of. Suzanne is amazing and we highly recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling and wants an amazing realtor. You can tell that this is one of her passions. Thank you Suzanne.

ZillowVERIFIED Suzanne is just great! We are military so we move a lot. Of our five moves in 12 years, the buying and selling experiences we had with Suzanne were by far the best. She is friendly, knowledgeable and makes the paperwork a snap. Any questions we had were answered that day or if research was require within just a couple days we had the answer we needed. Suzanne was very responsive and in tune to what we wanted in a house. And when it came to selling our place, she made sure we knew what the market looked like and we were able to have our place listed very quickly. Within the week, our place had been sold! If we get stationed back in MD again, we already know who our real estate agent will be!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer I was blown away by how far above and beyond Suzanne went to make sure I got everything I wanted and needed. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and kept me in the loop about every step of the home buying process. She went out of her way to show and reshow me houses at all times of the day and week and was great at pointing out potential pros, cons, and solutions in each house so I knew what I could possibly be getting myself into. She was even awesome enough to stop by the house when I wasn't able to double check washer and dryer hookups so I didn't buy the wrong kind. Definitely recommend Suzanne!

ZillowVERIFIED Suzanne came highly recommended from friends. From the time I asked Suzanne to sell the house until the papers were signed Suzanne was a perfect professional and always pleasant to interact with. Even though I had to leave town during the process and with several issues coming up, Suzanne handled every detail and when I returned all I had to do was read the reports. She definitely went the extra mile for me. Throughout the entire process I knew that Suzanne had my best interests in mind.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I worked with Suzanne for almost a year trying to find the perfect home for us. Although we lost a few homes to higher bidders Suzanne never let us get discouraged and reminded us to stay true to our price point until the perfect home came on the market. Finally one did, it was a short sale which initially worried us but Suzanne took the time and explained everything to us prior to our making an offer so we were very prepared for the slight delay that we saw before closing on the home. We were faced with a difficult decision as the previous homeowner didn't vacate the property at closing day so with Suzanne's guidance we elected to close on our new home and she created a 2 week waiver that allowed her to finish packing her belongings. Suzanne was there 2 weeks later to make certain that we were given the keys to the home and that the previous owner had vacated the property. We were relieved that everything turned out because if we had not closed that day the bank most likely would have terminated our deal and we would have lost our wonderful home. We both have recommended Suzanne to our friends and coworkers and couldn't be happier with her professionalism and our overall experience with her.
