I met Suzanne after she helped my daughter find her home. I was immediately drawn to her energy and fun personality, which was so welcoming because I was new in town. I soon learned that her mind was like a steel trap - her memory for numbers, selling prices, interest rates at any given moment, what a certain house sold for ten years ago - was really quite amazing. She also knows every law, statute, and rule pertaining to real estate and how it will affect you as a buyer or seller. Another thing I felt good about was how she kept track of each offer we got, explained them all to me, and helped me decide which one was the best for me as a seller. I had also bought a home with her a few years earlier, and she deals with both buyers and sellers equally well. She was always in touch; shes a good communicator. I could text her or call her at any time, which to me is critical with a realtor.
