1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Find a Realtor that you trust first. You will be entrusting this person to negotiate the best deal for your future home. Make sure this Realtor has experience in selling homes in the towns you are looking in, this will assure you that you will get this most accurate information for your family home.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
There are MANY agents who will tell you a list price just so you will list with them, the best agent is the agent who will walk you through the process and explain why they chose this price for your property. A top agnet will show you how an appraiser will appraise your home so you are not off the market for a month and property does not appraise. I will walk you through the appraisal process and you will be part of figuring out what the correct market value is AND why. You need to understand the market not just be told what it is.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
Sellers, Buyers, Relocation sellers /buyers as well and builder and investors.
4. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Certified Negotiation Expert - only 3% of Realtors Nationwide have this certification and one I practice daily to get the top sales prices for my clients.
I also take continual appraiser courses given by the Number 1 New Jersey appraiser so I keep focused on best pricing strategies for my clients when discussing market value and pricing properties.
My experience with the Green Group was awesome. Home put for sale mid Nov and closed by Jan. Andy was always honest, available, and trustworthy. They treat you as family.

We were surprised when we met Suzanne - her presentation far exceeded the other agents we had been interviewing and the focus was on OUR needs! We sat through SIX other presentations before meeting with Suzanne. Not once did we hear about how great she is and her company - quite frankly we just wanted to get the highest price. Suzanne explained the market and educated us on how to come up with the right price to make sure we get a high net for our home. She was constantly in communication with us - even for the smallest things we needed clarity on. We truly felt we had an advocate working strongly for us at all times!
