RE/MAX First Realty

Rocco was outstanding from the initial meeting to closing day. Our sale was complicated with two separated parties involved each with their own feelings and memories. Rocco went out of his way to ensure we were conformable and supported throughout the process. He understood the local market and canvased the area drawing so much attention we sold in a matter of ten days. Rocco even stepped in when I couldn't be available to handle some of the final inspections. Without question, Rocco is the most professional real estate professional throughout the Brunswick/Princeton greater area..

I had an excellent experience working with my realtor to sell my house. He was incredibly helpful and handled everything I asked for with professionalism and dedication. He took full ownership of managing permits and approvals, worked directly with the NJ township, and ensured all required documentation was completed correctly and on time. He also coordinated with licensed contractors to address all repairs requested by the buyer and worked closely with a radon remediation service to successfully remediate the property and bring the radon levels down as required. On top of that, he personally went above and beyondaEUR"making multiple trips to Home Depot to purchase materials and oversee the work. Since I live in Georgia, his willingness to handle every detail locally made the entire process completely stress-free for me. He went through a tremendous amount of effort to make the closing smooth and seamless, and truly made a complex situation feel easy. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, hands-on, and trustworthy realtor.

Working with Rocco has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. His expertise, responsiveness, and strategic guidance transformed what could have been a stressful process into a seamless, confident journey. He anticipated challenges before they surfaced, provided clear and honest advice, and consistently went above and beyond to protect my best interests. Rocco's market knowledge is unmatched, his negotiation skills are masterful, and his commitment to client service is truly rare. I felt supported, informed, and prioritized every step of the way. If youre looking for an agent who delivers results with professionalism and integrity, this is the person you want in your corner. - Michele & Joe

Working with Rocco was amazing. He streamlined everything and made the process of purchasing my mom's new home very easy. He constantly touched base and made us feel like family more than a customer. I highly recommend Rocco and his team.

Rocco did a great job communicating with us in regards to selling my Mom's house. He helped us in understanding the correct process to ease our minds on what we needed to do.
