Less than 3% of REALTORS® have completed the advanced training and completed the transaction requirements needed to earn the CRS Designation. I am in the business of helping people buy and sell Real Estate. All of my efforts are designed to meet this end. As a seasoned agent and a consistent Top Producing Agent since 1998, I have gained experience working on hundreds of successful transactions over the past 23 years. I have been an award winning agent in the very complicated market conditions we have experienced in recent years. Susan was an absolute pleasure to work with. Just look at her ratings as they are a great indicator of her knowledge, integrity, and professionalism. She went above and beyond to communicate with me, working around my work and travel schedule. We received and negotiated an offer within about 2 weeks from listing and closed about 4 weeks later. We were extremely happy with the services provided by Susan Summers. We had to leave town to attend a family funeral and Susan made sure the property was secure and in the best possible shape during our absence.
