CENTURY 21 Sundance Realty

Susan Summers was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was communicative, capable, time-sensitive, helpful, and highly knowledgeable about the home sales market. She was a crucial coach in helping us make critical decisions regarding the sale of our family home. Her advice, customer service, communication, and follow-through are the best in the industry. 100% recommend.

Susan was an absolute pleasure to work with. Just look at her ratings as they are a great indicator of her knowledge, integrity, and professionalism. She went above and beyond to communicate with me, working around my work and travel schedule. We received and negotiated an offer within about 2 weeks from listing and closed about 4 weeks later. Other than providing her the information needed, Susan did all the heavy lifting. Her personalized brochures were a very nice touch. Everything from the listing to the photography to the closing process went well. I'm highly satisfied and I recommend Susan to all! She's the best!

Susan was attentive and extremely helpful during the process of selling our home. Her experience and expertise was very obvious and appreciated. Being out of state, we needed someone we could rely on and Susan was 100% that person!

She went above and beyond to sell our home and help us purchase our new one. Anytime we had a question or concern it was immediately answered. I would highly recommend her.
