Susan Heller

Never saw or met Susan. Met the listing agent and the open house person once. They were great. Then there was Laura Wiggins. Supposed to be my go to person.....Never met or saw her either. She was a no show at my closing. She was slow to respond to questions. Got more help from the buyers agent than I did from her. That she was quick to be critical about. Laura probably gets the job done.....but I think she is burned out.

I worked with Laura(?). She did nothing to help me. She sent me a cleaning lady who only did half the job (she suddenly told me that she was allergic to cats and left). There were issues with the buyer that she did not handle. Buyer wanted me to send her 2K and Laura did not ever tell me why or help with this. No I do not believe that Laura helped me to make the best decisions.

Susan and team were very responsive to our needs and always kind and courteous. I would definitely recommend Susan.

Seen and talked to her once, after that we communicated with Laura who always seemed in a hurry, and impatient with my wife and I because we werent up on our computer skills. I wouldnt go with Remax again

We had a very good overall experience. The responsiveness was very good and had a very good knowledge of the market. The did everything to make a sale even though the Coronas virus was very active in the Naples are and in Florida totally.The showings went well and the response about the very good.
