ZillowVERIFIEDSusan was professional, patient, and tactful. She thoroughly walked us through the process of selling our property, and assisted us with excellent staging, photography, and marketing. She also kept the lines of communication open, keeping us updated and informed, and returned our calls in a timely fashion. We would recommend her highly.

ZillowVERIFIED Helped me find my perfect home. She got me in to see a house even before it was on the market, and had my offer written and an agreement in place on the same day I saw the house.

ZillowVERIFIED We contacted Susan on a weekday to view one property not expecting her response within less than 2 hours and scheduled viewings the following morning. She had knowledge of properties we were not aware of. She walked us through the entire process seamlessly.

ZillowVERIFIED I listed my home with Susan after two other agents' listings expired, and it was sold in six months. It is an expensive and unique property, and we knew that the market would be limited for the house. Susan's local knowledge about contractors, well and septic inspectors, and other professionals was critical in closing the deal. She showed professionalism, intelligence and empathy throughout the process, and was able to pull the deal together when I thought it would not be possible. I would highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED I have purchased many homes for investment and personal use. Susan is one of the best real estate professionals I have ever met. She will work as hard as she can to find you what you want. She found me exactly what I was looking for and I bought the only property we looked at. She was great in the negotiations and I can't imagine anyone in Susan's area of Virginia who knows the market as well as Susan. She is completely detail oriented yet very perceptive in her judgement of the needs of both buyer and seller. This deal would not have worked without Susan! I assure you that if you work with Susan, she will exceed your expectations.Bill Segal

ZillowVERIFIED She LISTENS and was patient with my husband who is in the building trades and had intensely detailed questions about the properties we visited. She provided honest responses and called the listing agent or seller to get accurate information. Her style is transparent and we never felt she was hedging on giving us information or showing us everything about the properties we visited. We give her the highest marks on local knowledge, process expertise, responsiveness, and negotiation skills.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I started this process unsure of what we wanted or where we wanted to buy. Susan was very helpful and patient, working with us to narrow our search. She trekked through the woods with us on more than one occasion so we could get to the waterfront. She helped us cover quite a bit of territory making sure we saw all there was to see. Susan is knowledgeable of the Northern Neck and surrounding areas and the river waters surround each town. We purchased the perfect piece of waterfront property and can now focus on building our dream house.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan was very knowledgeable of the area: the amenities of each town, specifics of every community, and knew many of the homeowners living there. She showed us many options of locales and homes to view, while keeping to our checklist.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan helped us find the ideal property for our needs in Gloucester County. She did a great job listening to our preferences and alerted us to an ideal property, which had just come on the market. Two months down the road from closing, we couldn't be happier with our beautiful new home!

ZillowVERIFIED We listed our house with Susan a little over a year ago and I'm glad we did. It was shown several times over that time period. Once we had a contract in place the process to closing was very time consuming due to the buyers loan process. Susan was patient, helpful, professional, and worked hard for us until the day the contract was signed. If you need to sell your home I would recommend Susan Haley Corson.

ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with Susan for close to a year to find our forever home on the water. Not only was looking for a waterfront property new to us, we also did not know much about the Urbanna area, so we had many questions. Our original plan didn't call for a move for at least two more years, yet Susan remained engaged and responsive the entire time (more than can be said for another realtor we contacted prior to our good fortune of connecting with Susan). When we first expressed interest in another property, Susan promptly contacted us, even while on vacation. She patiently walked us through the process, asking many questions to identify our needs, wants and limitations. She then signed us up for MLS listings within our range/criteria, continued to be very responsive and never seemed to tire of the many inquiries we had throughout the home shopping process. When we found our potential dream home, Susan quickly set up a showing for us - on Super Bowl weekend no less! As soon as we saw the home, it was love at first sight and Susan immediately drafted the offer. She also recommended a local lender who was equally as awesome and responsive. Working in tandem, they were able to pull together an offer that was presented and accepted by the sellers prior to another showing the following day. After the offer was ratified, Susan effectively managed all of the details from inspections to final walk-through, maintaining close contact with us throughout the process until closing in just 45 days. Needless to say, we have nothing but positive things to say about Susans ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism. At the same time, she feels like shes been a lifelong friend. This has been, without a doubt, the most seamless and pleasant real estate transaction that we have ever had!

ZillowVERIFIED Susan was a pleasure to work with! She was knowledgeable about the properties and understood what we were looking for and respected the fact that we had a price range. She was very easy to contact with questions and was quick to return any phone calls, texts or emails. I would work with her again in a minute. She even recommended local places to eat on our way home!

ZillowVERIFIED Susan represented me on the sale of my 2nd home. I am a licensed real estate agent but chose to enlist Susan for her knowledge of the local market. Being a licensed agent I am somewhat picky and have high expectations. Susan met, and exceeded every one of them. I am now working with Susan on the purchase of another property in this area and would encourage anybody looking for an agent in the area to call her, she is simply the best!

ZillowVERIFIED She knows her market. She attends most of the showings with other agents at her listings. At these showings she is able to answer questions the buyer has and keep the buyer engaged. We selected her because she does go to showings and I feel this is exactly why our house sold in 2 days.

ZillowVERIFIED We had been looking for a "get-away" place for quite some time. When we came across this listing, I called Susan three days before Christmas and she agreed to show me the house the next day! From there, it was clear she was genuinely interested in making the process easy and enjoyable for us. Her responsiveness was quite impressive and we never felt out of the loop. I would highly recommend her!
