We were looking for a condo in the Los Angeles area and contacted Susan and Peter to help us. They were wonderful. They emailed prospective homes and were always available to show them to us. The right one was finally found and we love it. Susan and Peter are very professional and hands on. And they are really nice people! They were a joy to work with. Thank you both so much!!

Susan and Peter understood what I was looking for and no time was wasted on anything else. It took nine months but I ended up in a house that I love, as if it was built just for me. They also helped me out in a previous transaction. If I could afford to buy another house right now they would be my first choice. Low stress the whole way through.

I met Susan at an open house and liked that she didnt try to sell me. I like that approach. When I Was ready, I called her. Eventually she became my realtor. When I decided to look at Condos, Susan went into full mode. She sent me several listings and kept in touch daily. We saw several properties and when I finally decided on one place, she was quick to write it up and start the process. She kept me in the loop and always answered my questions, even though I am sure I asked the same several questions, several times. She kept me in the loop during the escrow process and was great.Couldnt be happier with my experience. We still talk about the real estate market and if I buy or sell again, she will be my realtor.

Susan and Peter were more than just helpful. They were always immediately responsive to the roadblocks presented and returning my calls. They provided direction every step of the way. They sold my home and obtained my new home. Their expertise was exactly what I needed. I highly recommend Susan Featherly and Peter Micalchuk for any real estate needs.

I met Susan and her partner, Peter Micalchuck, while looking for a home in the LA area. I had recently lost my husband and was nervous about moving from the east coast. They were both understanding, sympathetic, and caring and continued looking for me when I had to return to the east coast for a few months. They were able to describe the various areas and patiently took me around when I returned so I could get the feel of the areas. I did not have a car and they were gracious in ferrying me around. They are professional and acted in my best interest, offering critical and helpful comments about various aspects of the homes. They worked with me to put together the offer(s), explained all the steps that needed to be taken, and then made the entire buying process as painless as possible. Both made several calls when the seller seemed to be moving slower than expected. Even after the purchase, they continue to call to check in and see how I am doing and to provide advice if needed. They are knowledgeable professionals whose main goal is to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your decision. I was very fortunate to find them and recommend them highly.
