For starters, I love real estate! I always have! I'm originally a small town girl from Southern Indiana and relocated to North Carolina on my 29th birthday, April of 1999! What an AMAZING birthday present! North Carolina is such a beautiful state and has an abundance of wonderful things to offer anyone! Relocating is stressful though -- I know that first hand -- and that's why I've specialized so much in relocations. When I moved here, I had no one to ask where the nearest church was, what was the best restaurants, where could I get my dry cleaning done, etc. And directions -- Oh my, that was another story!!! I've made it my mission to help relocating families (and singles!) get acclimated to the Triangle and don't even mind it when my clients call me at 10:00 on a Friday night to say they're lost and can't find their way home! (Yes, that's happened more than once!) I am a TRUE advocate for my clients just as I would if it was my mother, daughter, sister or grandmother that was doing the buying or selling. As my client, you become my family and my closest friends. Real estate is a relationship business and, while looking at houses is nice and fun, it is the relationship that comes out of the transaction that means the most to me! It's not uncommon to have clients to my home for a BBQ cookout or for me to go to theirs for dinner or just hang out. You as my client are trusting me with the biggest investment of your life and that's an honor I do not take lightly!
