For starters I love real estate I always have Im originally a small town girl from Southern Indiana and relocated to North Carolina on my 29th birthday April of 1999 What an AMAZING birthday present North Carolina is such a beautiful state and has an abundance of wonderful things to offer anyone Relocating is stressful though I know that first hand and thats why Ive specialized so much in relocations When I moved here I had no one to ask where the nearest church was what was the best restaurants where could I get my dry cleaning done etc And directions Oh my that was another story Ive made it my mission to help relocating families and singles get acclimated to the Triangle and dont even mind it when my clients call me at 1000 on a Friday night to say theyre lost and cant find their way home Yes thats happened more than once I am a TRUE advocate for my clients just as I would if it was my mother daughter sister or grandmother that was doing the buying or selling As my client you become my family and my closest friends Real estate is a relationship business and while looking at houses is nice and fun it is the relationship that comes out of the transaction that means the most to me Its not uncommon to have clients to my home for a BBQ cookout or for me to go to theirs for dinner or just hang out You as my client are trusting me with the biggest investment of your life and thats an honor I do not take lightly Give me a calllets talkif buying or selling isnt right for you at this time Ill be the first to tell you that If it is though you can know without a doubt that I will be your biggest cheerleader your confidant and your trusted advisor I will NEVER push you into more house than you are comfortable with and I will always have your best interests at heart Thats a promise
