My husband, Erik, and I were unsure how the process of home buying would be during COVID-19. With Susans partnership, it turned out to be an incredibly positive experience. Susan was very responsive to calls, emails, and questions during the entire process even after we bought our home. She is empathetic, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and consistently demonstrated that she always had our best interests. As a result, we found and are now owners of our dream home in E. Durham. As a point of reference, weve worked with another agent in the past and feel that Susan was a much better fit for us. We recently recommended her to friends of ours who are interested in buying their first home. We wouldnt do that (or write this review) if we didnt think she was excellent at what she does.

Susan was great at selling House. The day we signed contract she said she could sell my house in a few days. she had 6 offers in 2days. However due to issue with a lien on the title it took us 2 months to finally close. Overall happy with the service. This was my 1st house that i sold..I learned alot about the process. Glad it's over.

I could not have asked for a better experience with Susan. She went above and beyond for my family and I at every turn. She's patient, knowledgeable, and did everything in her power to assist us. I've never had a better experience with an agent. We are VERY pleased with our experience with Susan!
