Susan Cardenas is the best realtor in all our years that we have ever worked with. This is saying something whether it was a military move or retirement move. No one has to hold the bar high for her because she already holds that bar higher than anyone can imagine. Whether it is her professionalism, knowledge base, Expertise with accentuating the positive in a home And bringing the positive out or the whole team that she has right along side her, She is the full package. It's one thing to trust a realtor when you are in the area but it is another thing to trust someone from thousands of miles away. We were able to do this with Susan and her team. She made it all happen right after we and her team helped prepared the home with her guidance to include a guidance pamphlet and proactively accomplishing pre-inspections so there were no surprises. No matter the challenge, she was prepared to meet it, especially with her entire network/team that met or exceeded every milestone and normally ahead of time. We Highly recommend Susan Cardenas from Remax Realty.

Susan Cardenas did an outstanding job selling two properties for our family after my mother passed away. During what was already a difficult time, Susan made the entire process smooth and easy to navigate. Her expertise in probate sales was evident from start to finish, and her knowledge gave us great confidence every step of the way. She was incredibly responsive to calls and texts no matter the time, always accommodating and ready to provide the guidance our family needed. I was especially impressed by her drive, motivation, and commitment to getting the best outcome for us. I truly couldnt have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Susan to anyone in need of a knowledgeable and dedicated realtor. I will absolutely be calling on her for any future real estate needs.

Susan made the process as smooth and painless as possible. The house was lightly staged and the professional photos showcased the house very well which drove a lot of online traffic. She took care of the house while I was out of the area. She handled the negotiations and went above and beyond expectations. I would highly recommend using Susan for your next home sale or purchase!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Susan as our Realtor, and she was truly phenomenal. She went above and beyond for me and my family- always available, incredibly professional, and remarkably thorough in every step of the process. Susan even helped stage our home beautifully, which made a huge difference. What stood out most was how much time and dedication she gave, not only to us as sellers but also in working with the buyers to ensure a smooth experience for everyone. We could not have asked for better representation. Susan is a ten out of ten, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional Realtor.

Susan was a joy to work with. She was on top of the process every step of they way. From the beginning she provided us with really good information so we could make informed decisions on how we wanted to proceed. Susan was very knowledgeable about the market and got us priced right where we needed to be. She helped us get the home ready to show and her input really helped make the home look incredible. Susan would be in communication with us constantly throughout the process, keeping us informed of everything going on. We could not have done this without her, and would recommend her to anyone looking to sell their house.

Susan Cardenas was referred from our top award winning realtor friend from out of her state, and she is the absolute best realtor we've worked with in 29 years and several property transactions. Susan is beyond excellent in all the elements of an excellent realtor, including responsiveness/self motivated, professional, listening & communication skills, responsible, attention to detail, problem solving, very easy to work with, real estate market knowledge & experience, marketing, and all involved with that; going the extra mile when needed, amiable, diligent, trustworthy, knowledge with title company info, and solar company contract info, negotiating skills - she's just absolutely outstanding. We can't recommend her enough. The first listing day we had 2 showing requests, and right away an offer, backup offer soon thereafter, and sold $10k above list price (before interest rates dropped). Susan was amazing with everything. We're so thankful for her and will only work with her in her region in the future.

Susan was beyond amazing when it came to selling our home. She was accessible 24/7 and on top of every detail. She had our home listed and within 24 hours we already received a full price offer as well as many others. She worked with her team to maximize our returns and kept a very open line of communication between all parties so the escrow went smoothly. She also found us our dream home and as nervous as we were about selling and buying a new home she made it so there was nothing to worry about. I would definitely rate her a 10/10 and appreciate all that she did for us!

Before listing our house, we met with three different agents to get a sense of their expertise and desire to work with us. Susan easily outclassed them all. She was enthusiastic and driven to get our house sold at a fair price. She was there every step of the way making us feel as though we were her only client. Susan was in constant contact with helpful advice and insight into the process, and we sold in less than two weeks! She took it upon herself to find qualified companies to do the minor repairs and certifications that were required to close escrow. Susan Cardenas gets our highest recommendation!

Words cannot express how grateful I am for Susans guidance, expertise, and attentiveness in helping us buy our new home. Susan has been there for us in every step of the process, literally, from A to Z. Susans has an extensive network of lenders, contractors, home inspectors, etc which made the process seamless as a homebuyer. While our homebuying story brought Susan many obstacles to overcome, she always made us feel like we were her top priority by going the extra mile to make personal inquiries, appointments, and negotiations on our behalf. I can personally say that we would not be enjoying the rewards of our new home if it were not for Susan and her expertise as an agent.
