REMAX SUCCESS

Susan Cardenas did an outstanding job selling two properties for our family after my mother passed away. During what was already a difficult time, Susan made the entire process smooth and easy to navigate. Her expertise in probate sales was evident from start to finish, and her knowledge gave us great confidence every step of the way. She was incredibly responsive to calls and texts no matter the time, always accommodating and ready to provide the guidance our family needed. I was especially impressed by her drive, motivation, and commitment to getting the best outcome for us. I truly couldnt have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Susan to anyone in need of a knowledgeable and dedicated realtor. I will absolutely be calling on her for any future real estate needs.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Susan as our Realtor, and she was truly phenomenal. She went above and beyond for me and my family- always available, incredibly professional, and remarkably thorough in every step of the process. Susan even helped stage our home beautifully, which made a huge difference. What stood out most was how much time and dedication she gave, not only to us as sellers but also in working with the buyers to ensure a smooth experience for everyone. We could not have asked for better representation. Susan is a ten out of ten, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional Realtor.

Susan made the process as smooth and painless as possible. The house was lightly staged and the professional photos showcased the house very well which drove a lot of online traffic. She took care of the house while I was out of the area. She handled the negotiations and went above and beyond expectations. I would highly recommend using Susan for your next home sale or purchase!

Susan Cardenas is the best realtor in all our years that we have ever worked with. This is saying something whether it was a military move or retirement move. No one has to hold the bar high for her because she already holds that bar higher than anyone can imagine. Whether it is her professionalism, knowledge base, Expertise with accentuating the positive in a home And bringing the positive out or the whole team that she has right along side her, She is the full package. It's one thing to trust a realtor when you are in the area but it is another thing to trust someone from thousands of miles away. We were able to do this with Susan and her team. She made it all happen right after we and her team helped prepared the home with her guidance to include a guidance pamphlet and proactively accomplishing pre-inspections so there were no surprises. No matter the challenge, she was prepared to meet it, especially with her entire network/team that met or exceeded every milestone and normally ahead of time. We Highly recommend Susan Cardenas from Remax Realty.
