He always makes himself available to you, for example working with my work schedule to give us showings at odd times. He listens and picks listings to suit your exact wishes. He is proactive and thinks ahead, so you always have the upper hand on viewings and offers. With Josh, you never have to worry about being pressured into offers youre not 100% about. To top it all off, Josh works as a member of the the Sunny Narang group who have built an outstanding reputation which really comes through in crucial moments when there are multiple other competitive offers. In this very tough market, he helped us find our dream home in Los Angeles, CA in 2-3 months. And he was there for us all the way through escrow until we closed June 1, 2022. Fortunately, we lucked into working with Sunny and Jelena from the start and never looked back. Buying a house in the Spring of 2022 was harrowing. The market was cut-throat and we were frequently out-bid by investors prepared to buy with cash at well over asking price. But we had Sunny. Sunnys patience, knowledge, and pragmatism have earned him the respect of his clients, but also his peers. We wound up in our dream house because Sunny knows the market, and knew the sellers agent. When we struggled with appraisal issues, Sunny knew someone who could help. He put us in contact with multiple lenders when ours fell through. And for every inspector, specialist, or contractor he recommended to us throughout the process, he qualified each with the most important phrase you can hear in this process: Ive worked with them before. They do good work and theyre honest. Thats what I can say about Sunny and Jelena. They do incredible work, they are responsive, transparent, and they want you to have the best experience you can buying a house (which isnt always easy). Above all, theyre honest folks. His team of inspectors, lenders, handymen, etc. are some of the most accomplished people in the industry. He went above and beyond to ensure our entire home buying process went smoothly, constantly visiting the property on weekends and late hours. When we had some appraisal issues, he explained things simply and proposed the strategy and game plan. ZillowVERIFIED Hands down the best realtor ever! We were referred to Sunny from our previous agent who had been helping us a few years ago when we were looking to buy a home. Sunny is super responsive and truly has the client?s best interest at heart. We know a lot of people who have worked with realtors who are pushy and just want to close a deal. Sunny is the exact opposite. Sunny made it so easy for us as we just sent him properties we were interested in and he had the schedule lined up for two weekends with back to back showings. We were outbid on the first two homes we liked but Sunny recommended our best and final to avoid overpaying after thorough research on the most recent comps. The third house we put an offer in on Sunny was able to get it accepted at asking price with a seller credit which is very rare in this market! We also had to switch lenders which delayed the closing but Sunny was right there every step of the way. This is the only realtor I will use or send referrals to! Thanks Sunny and team!

In all honesty I was not expecting the deal to go through, but Sunny worked his magic.
