Her ability to listen and speak honestly, keeps you calm and gives you incredible piece of mind in what can feel like an overwhelming process, especially for first time buyers like ourselves. She was selfless in negotiation and went above and beyond for us when there was nothing in it for her. I could go on and on but Summer and her partner Steve Derrig are as good as it gets, point blank, period. They stuck with us for over 3 years while we went through the loan process and searched for what ended up being our dream home. They were incredibly patient and we couldnt feel luckier to have worked with them. If youre moving to or from Kitsap, theres really no other option, you have to call Summer and Steve because theyre simply the best.
