Was very efficient at answering any questions I had and providing me copies of paperwork as needed. I was very pleased with how the house was listed online. The property sold very quickly and Sue was right on with giving a me the contract offer and proceeding from there with all the inspections and making sure everything to do with the inspections was handled efficiently. ZillowVERIFIED I have to update my review of Sue because she has been an invaluable help with helping me with getting the cable information for hook up and the cell service that works best in my new area! She even contacted the other realtor and they got me in touch with local contacts (I wasn't getting anywhere with the calls I was making to transfer some services state to state.). She responded to my message about no cable, or cell service in a New York minute--and this was weeks AFTER the sale! In the process, Sue was very helpful when it came to coordinating my referrals. We put in for three properties. The first one failed loan requirements. The second required extensive inspection because of new construction in an older home, with new septic system. Sue referred me to an extremely honest and thorough home inspector. After he spent hours on inspecting my second house, the inspector shared with me why the house failed the septic inspection. The official report came back to me in less than 24 hrs. Within a week of that, I found another house. I was rescheduled immediately--with a credit from part of what I paid for the 1st inspection. I was very impressed with his honesty, integrity, and detailed work. After spending so much time and energy at the failed house, I was shocked at the stellar quality of inspection on the second one. And thanks to Sue, I didn't have to worry about not getting off work--she was there to stand in for me with my oldest daughter to ask the questions that I would ask, etc. Even my lender was impressed by the detailed inspection! I was very grateful to Sue for helping set that up. In addition, Sue worked great with the other realtor who sold us my new home. Finally, the local settlement company she referred also did an outstanding job explaining all of the background information to me during the settlement, as well as assisted me to get my electric set up at the new home before i left. The process was smooth. I was scheduled for settlement within 2 weeks of my initial contact. Thanks to Sue my coordinating services were fabulous referrals aEUR"from the inspections to the settlement company. I was really pleased! At the end of the day, I am grateful to Sue for her patience in answering my constant questions throughout the process--and most of all the questions afterward. After ALL the houses we looked at, the one I purchased is my favorite!
