We contacted her and even though we told her it might be 6 months to a year before we put the house up for sale, she stopped by so we could discuss the what we would want to do before the house hit the market. She did some additional research and legwork for us that was greatly appreciated. Quite unexpectedly, we had an offer on our house when it wasn't yet on the market. ZillowVERIFIED Best realtor I have ever worked with with on either seller/buyer side in many transactions. Had three offers on the fourth day after I completed the work and Sue listed it. (Even though it could not be listed until mid September due to timing of the lease completion. The sale closed 32 days after the offer was accepted. Price was about 5% higher than asking price, even though the hot Seattle area market was showing some signs of cooling.

If there is a question about a property, real estate or community that Sue can't answer it's because it has NOT been invented or created yet!Sue priced our property so that there would be a bidding war...she'll deny it but I've put her on that pedestal and am not budging!Sue is very knowledgable about everything related to home selling...she had us do a pre-sale inspection which found a leak under the house and allowed us the time to have it completely repaired before we put the for sale sign up. This avoided the horrible surprise we would have had when the house sold. There are so many other issues Sue handled this review would be pages long if I were to enumerate all. Sue is very kind and ultimately patient. I've been recommending her since our house sold in June. If you need someone to work with to sell a house, call Sue.
