Larry and his team helped us navigate the complex process of selling our home and moving out of state. Larry was consistently available to answer questions or to go over selling strategies with us. He has great experience and excellent instincts for market demand. Larrys team helped create an amazing posting for our home that generated a ton on views and traffic to our open houses. We received multiple offers and one offer well over asking price. Once we accepted an offer, we had some issues with the buyers financing situation. Tracy is an excellent realtor and we highly recommend her. We worked with her throughout 2025. From the beginning, she was very responsive and listened to what we were and weren't looking for. She guided us and gave her thoughts, without ever forcing us or rushing us. We spent countless weekends looking at houses and she was very patient and always brought a great attitude and acted as a true partner.
