So we were hoping for someone to help guide our process. Stuart was always a responsive, calm and supportive part of our team. We appreciated Stuart's condo expertise and his thorough knowledge of the broad area that is Portland. We ended up making three separate offers and purchased the third one. Stuart's expertise with Condos and their supporting HOA organizations helped us to come to the conclusion that the first two places were not right for us. Stuart was very supportive of our decisions and responded very quickly as these twists and turns came up. So quick that we in fact ended up with the same closing date on our third offer as we wanted on the first. I highly recommend Stuart. I will be calling him when we are at the point of selling this place and/or buying another in the Portland area.

ZillowVERIFIED We want to buy a condo in a highrise building in Southwest waterfront area of Portland. Stuart understood our need and refer to us new unit that came onto the market immediately because the market in Portland is highly competitive. At the beginning we made two offers which were both rejected because the sellers were firm and not willing to negotiate. Throughout these negotiations Stuart was very patient. He made sure that we understand the pros and cons of the unit and was never pushy in working with us. After two failed offers we understood better the market in Portland so when the right one came along at the right asking price we made a full price cash offer which allowed us to get the unit we want. Stuart was very quick in passing our offer to the seller and also the counter-offer from the seller to us. As result of his quick action the whole process from our first offer to the close escrow took just 3 weeks! I should also point out that we are living in CA and this condo is only a second home. We did a lot of communication with Stuart via email. We have so much trust in him, we made an offer on the condo without seeing the condo! Only after the offer was accepted did we fly to Portland to close the escrow!
