ZillowVERIFIEDWe are so incredibly grateful to have had Geovanny Alvizures as our realtor throughout the purchase of our home. From the very beginning, he was there for us every step of the way and made what could have been a very stressful process feel so much easier. Buying a home is such a huge decision, and there were definitely moments when we had questions, concerns, and a lot of emotions. Geo was always patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to explain everything to us without ever making us feel like we were asking too many questions. He truly listened to what we wanted and helped us find a home that felt right for our family. He went above and beyond for us, especially during the final stages of the transaction when there were additional things happening behind the scenes. We always felt like he was looking out for our best interest and making sure we understood what was happening. We are officially homeowners, and we honestly couldnt be happier with our experience. Thank you, Geo, for helping our family make such a big dream come true. We will always appreciate everything you did for us and will absolutely recommend you to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

ZillowVERIFIED I honestly cant say enough good things about Geovanny! He has now helped me sell two homes and purchase three and I wouldnt trust anyone else to handle such an important process. Most recently, he helped me sell my home in Nevada and purchase my new dream home in Texas. From beginning to end, he was patient, knowledgeable, responsiveand always made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. Even with a long distance move and everything that came with selling and buying in two different states, he made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. After working with him this many times, it really says a lot that I continue to choose him for every move. I truly appreciate his dedication, honesty and the way he always goes above and beyond for me. If youre looking for a realtor you can trust and someone who will genuinely be there for you, I highly recommend Geovanny!

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot recommend my realtor Geovanny Alvizures highly enough. From the very beginning of my home-buying journey, he was professional, reliable, and truly dedicated to helping me find the right home. He was always punctual and consistently went above and beyond, even taking time out of his days off to assist me whenever I needed help. What stood out most was his patience and attention to detail. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made sure every home we viewed matched my preferences as closely as possible. During our search, he regularly showed me 3aEUR"4 homes a day and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Throughout the entire process, he made me feel valued, heard, and supported. He was always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure I felt comfortable with every decision. His dedication, communication, and commitment to his clients are truly exceptional. Thanks to his hard work and expertise, I was able to find the perfect home. If youre looking for a realtor who genuinely cares and will go the extra mile for you, I highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Geovanny made my home buying experience as easy as possible. I live out of state and had some very specific requirements for the home I wanted. Geo understood my needs to a T and never presented me something I wouldnt want. When I flew in from out of state to view a few properties, Geo went above and beyond by picking me up and taking me to all of the viewings, then dropped me back off at the airport. From searching, to negotiating, closing; I felt that Geo had my best interests in mind while I was out of state the entire time. Do not hesitate to work with him, he treats you more like family instead of a aEURoecustomeraEUR?. 11/10!!

ZillowVERIFIED Highly Recommend! Best Agent in Las Vegas! Geovanny Alvizures was absolutely amazing throughout my entire home buying experience. From day one, he was supportive, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping me find the perfect home. Not only did he negotiate the price below market value, but he also got all of my closing costs covered something I didnt expect in this competitive market. Geo went above and beyond in every way. He even helped me reprogram my garage door opener after I moved in thats the kind of commitment and service that sets him apart from the rest. If youre looking for someone whos honest, responsive, and genuinely cares about his clients, Geovanny is the one to call. Thank you, Geo, for everything. Youre truly the top agent in Las Vegas!

ZillowVERIFIED We recently had the pleasure of working with Giovanny while looking for our vacation home. From day one, Giovanny was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for condos to view based on what we were looking for. All throughout the negotiations and closing, Giovanny was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. If the time ever comes when I will be looking for another property, there isn't any question on who my Realtor will be! We are beyond thankful that we had Giovanny on our side through the entire process of our condo purchase.
