I was at a lossin this situation and in life and due to Ariels expertise knowledge and her caring heart, she was able to guide me through every step of the way with ease and was very happy to do so. She even went above and beyond just to make sure I felt comfortable in knowing every little detail that was going on due to this all being my first time with buying a home. This stressful experience of buying in 3 days and closing in 30 days all went off without a hitch with Ariel and the team. I was very lucky though as everything aligned just right, but I know for a fact if it wasn't for her it would not have been possible. She made sure I knew exactly what I was paying for, I had no hidden fees and she was even able to negotiate with the builder to save me a lot of money in the process. I am extremely lucky to know her and to have had her there for me through this process and know that she would give the same, and even better service to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. She is a pleasure to work with. She is charismatic, attentive, puntual and everything you'd want in an agent. Please do yourselves a favor and hire Ariel and her team, you will not regret it.
