ZillowVERIFIED Steve has brokered 2 purchases (2005, 2007) and 1 sale (2007) for us and we would not dream of ever switching realtors for future transactions. His local knowledge is superb and he is ALWAYS available. He even answered my call whilst actually fielding a ball during a softball game once (he didn't catch it, but he got my call). He is very personable and responsive to your needs, without pushing too hard and making you feel uncomfortable. Some realtors have that "hungry" attitude where you feel they just want (or need) to sell you something quickly, but Steve searches until he finds the "RIGHT" property that he knows fits your requirements. In 2007 we had to sell one house whilst trying to hold and close on another. Thanks to Steve, we were able to close both deals at the same time and move into our new property without a hitch. My wife and I HIGHLY recommend this realtor.
