Before working with Steve and his team, we had four offers to buy, with three of those four converting to signed contracts. All of them fell through for various reasons. We had given up at that point. We took our house off of the market and had planned to renovate instead when Steve reached out to us with an impressive marketing strategy. Even with that, we were still somewhat hesitant to go down this road again, but we decided to give it one more shot. We ended up with two offers only three days after re-listing. Steve consistently went above and beyond throughout the process. Steve and his team followed up with weekly updates, frequently offered assistance to help us with anything we needed, step-by-step guidance throughout the process until we finally closed the deal. Our only regret was that we did not find him sooner. I highly recommend Steve and his team for your real estate needs.

It took a little while to get used to his renovation strategy, but that was probably the sole reason I received multiple offers on the first day, My house technically was competing with new construction with everything but the cabinets being brand new. His efforts garnered me 500+ views day 1 and two above list offers. He advised me to wait thru the weekend for an exceptional offer and like clockwork it showed three days later. His timing recommendations were impeccable and he always let me know what was coming around the corner. This maybe a sellers market, but you need someone to set you up for success, thats this guy.

ZillowVERIFIED The Steve Patten Team successfully assisted with the sale of my condo in July 2019. This was my second attempt after putting it on the market a year prior; with a different realtor. I had immediate, and heightened, interest with the first attempt but the sale fell thru close to the settlement date due to an oversight by the other realtor's neglect to follow up on a HOA/Condo issue (I literally had completed packing and begun moving).I told Steve my concerns and was hesitant to start the process again. However, Steve changed my mind by fostering a new approach to the sale (revisiting the sale price, description, etc.) After signing the contract to procure his services, a photographer was hired within that week and by the end of the week the house was listed.
