Steve and the team were all stars in helping us sell our place and locate our next home in the craziness that is the Northern Virginia market. Throughout the process Steve and the team brainstormed strategies with me to ensure that we didn't have to move into temporary housing, since sellers are not even entertaining contingent offers right now. When I asked about different alternative paths, they researched and even got certified on a new lending product in one instance so that they could better advise me of risks. I can't say enough about how hard they worked for us. And, as a result, we sold our house for an amount that exceeded my initial estimate and were able to find our new home shortly after going under contract.

Steve did a wonderful job in assisting us with the sale of our house against all odds. Before working with Steve and his team, we had four offers to buy, with three of those four converting to signed contracts. All of them fell through for various reasons. We had given up at that point. We took our house off of the market and had planned to renovate instead when Steve reached out to us with an impressive marketing strategy. Even with that, we were still somewhat hesitant to go down this road again, but we decided to give it one more shot. We ended up with two offers only three days after re-listing. Steve consistently went above and beyond throughout the process. Steve and his team followed up with weekly updates, frequently offered assistance to help us with anything we needed, step-by-step guidance throughout the process until we finally closed the deal. Our only regret was that we did not find him sooner. I highly recommend Steve and his team for your real estate needs.
