I used him to help me acquire a second home and he constantly steered me in the right direction. When I hit a snafu with my financing, he swooped in and in less than 2 hours, he had me set up with a new lender. But for that, we wouldnt have been able to close. I plan on acquiring another property within the next year or so, and I will definitely use Steve for that purchase (and future purchases).
