ZillowVERIFIED After our first experience with an out-of-area agent who didnt understand the Mission Beach market, we were feeling discouraged. The photos were poor, communication was lacking, and we were even advised to drop our price by $500,000. Thats when we found Steve SpringeraEUR"and everything changed. From day one, Steve brought local expertise, professionalism, and a clear strategy. He had the property photographed beautifully, marketed it the right way, and was a true expert when it came to pricing and negotiations. He told us what the home was worthaEUR"and thats exactly what we sold it for. This home had been in our family for over 40 years, so it wasnt just a transactionaEUR"it was personal. Steve treated it that way, and it meant a lot to us. He handled everything with precision, kept all three of us siblings aligned, and got us a great offer with a fast, smooth close. If youre looking for a trusted advisor who knows the San Diego market inside and out, Steves your guy.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough good things about Steve Springer. From the minute we first interviewed him until we closed the sale, he was enthusiastic, professional, knowledgeable, organized, creative and on top of every little detail. Steve's responsiveness was above and beyond our expectations, many times taking our calls during off hours. Steve had to navigate working with three siblings and was successful at getting us all on the same page and then lead us to a very successful condo sale in Mission Beach, San Diego. We felt very fortunate to have found Steve!

ZillowVERIFIED Steve helped me purchased a single family home in the Bird Rock area of La Jolla, California. I can't say enough good things about my experience using Steve as a realtor. He is incredibly detail oriented and a true expert at navigating all the items that can come up when purchasing a home. From contract negotiation to San Diego code to all the little details about a neighborhood that make it unique - Steve had it all down. He always had a suggestion about who to use for various things that needed to be done - from contractors for a bathroom renovation to landscape designers to chimney inspectors. He was always in the know about the "behind the scenes" details of a home and without fail had seen every house on the market that I stumbled across. Steve is a true real estate professional and I would use him again for every transaction!

ZillowVERIFIED Steve has been absolutely incredible during the past two years my husband and I have been searching for a home in this unprecedented real estate market. He has given us sound advice and has been very communicative throughout the process. Steve recently helped us purchase a single family home in the North Pacific Beach area of San Diego at what I would consider a deal for the neighborhood. ZillowVERIFIED Steve just helped me buy what I would describe as my perfect home. Initially, my house search was casual where Steve focused on helping me get comfortable with the competitive beach housing market of PB where I currently live while at the same time he helped me focus on defining the aEURoemust haveaEUR? features if I were to buy a new home. I already owned a condo in PB and would have loved to move into a single family home but l wasnt willing to sacrifice my beach lifestyle by moving inland to find more affordable housing. One day I received a note from Steve that said aEURoeBuy thisaEUR? along with a couple pictures and only a couple days later I did. I couldnt be happier, we got the home under listing price and it had all my must haves. Not only did he help me find my new perfect home, but he was also able to sell my condo in less than a week with an offer above a very aggressive asking price. All in all, I couldnt be happier.

ZillowVERIFIED Steve was very helpful and responsive during my search for a home in San Diego. I was looking in the lower end of the market where all the flipper dwell so speed was of the essence. Steve was very prompt and quickly responded to my requests to view houses since he knew they would get snatched up fast. In the end we were able to find a great house in a quiet cul-de-sac. The sellers were not very responsive to any negotiation but Steve handled that well also and we were able to close earlier than anticipated saving me some additional money in rent.
