We bought our first home with the help of Meghan Meihaus in Oceanside and had a great experience! Throughout the entire process she was generous with her time, communicative, and proactive. We had a ton of questions since everything was new to us, and she was patient in explaining all the details. Less than a week before closing we found out the roof wasn't properly permitted, and Meghan got in touch with the city and roofers to get that sorted out within the span of a few days. She also got us in below asking price and negotiated an $8k closing credit. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of working with Meghan to sell my home in Orange , CA. Meghan told me some hard truths that I did not anticipate, but she was correct. She highly suggested I paint the interior and hire a staging professional. Meghan also offered marketing options, like professional videos and pictures, plus a plethora of social media options. In the end; it enabled us to get a multitude of showings, which resulted in multiple offers within 4 days. We received significantly more than asking price with the very qualified offer we selected.
