1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
It is important that you get Pre Qualified or Pre Approved. When you are looking at homes you want to look at homes within your budget and if you see a home you love, you want to be ready to make a Serious Offer.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Most homes sell within the first 45 days on the market. It is important to have an appropriate Price Point and have Professional Photography. Having an agent that knows how to promote your Home and can get you the most for your home is key!
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with Retail and Wholesale, Buyers and Sellers. I just enjoy seeing the look on a Buyers Face when the get keys to their new home or Sellers when they get their Check at the close of Escrow. That's why I love being a Real Estate Agent.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Recently sold a Wholesale Property right up the street from my house. Clients could not find a buyer and needed to move out of state. They had already purchased a home. I not only sold the home but found them a cash buyer. Closed in 21 Days!
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I have been doing different parts of real estate for over 28 years. Started in Commercial Property Management then did Condominium Associations and now Residential Sales. My entire family has been in real estate. My father was a Developer in San Diego and my brother was the CFO for Richmond American Homes.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Being a Certified Home Inspector is helpful. It allows me to spot potential issues before they become an issue. My property management experience gave me valuable training in contract negotiation.

I am impressed with Steve and his dedication to helping clients find the right place to buy. Steve responds the same day and meets with clients the next day. He always bring useful buyers information. Throughout the process Steve is very communicative and kind. He is willing to show the client multiple homes all over the area. He has an awesome team that he works with and they are able to find the best homes for the best price. He truly cares about his clients and makes a point to look out for their best interest by not just finding them any home to buy, but finding them the right home to buy that will work best for them in the long run. He makes sure to look into the HOA and to discuss current and future Special Assessments with the clients. He attempts to make sure the client are buying into a community that holds its value.
