Legacy Realty Inc.

I am impressed with Steve and his dedication to helping clients find the right place to buy. Steve responds the same day and meets with clients the next day. He always bring useful buyers information. Throughout the process Steve is very communicative and kind. He is willing to show the client multiple homes all over the area. He has an awesome team that he works with and they are able to find the best homes for the best price. He truly cares about his clients and makes a point to look out for their best interest by not just finding them any home to buy, but finding them the right home to buy that will work best for them in the long run. He makes sure to look into the HOA and to discuss current and future Special Assessments with the clients. He attempts to make sure the client are buying into a community that holds its value. He is an expert in negotiations with both sellers and buyers to allow clients to get the best deal possible. I highly recommend working with him.

I have worked with Steve on both Retail and Wholesale Property Deals. Steve is with his clients every step of the way in the purchase of their New Home. He is always only a phone call, text or an email away. It is astonishing to watch his relentlessness and attention to detail. I highly recommend hiring him for your next purchase. You won't be disappointed.
