Steve is very professional in all aspects! He is also very easy to communicate with on all levels. He treats everyone fairly and equally, always has a smile and a good strong handshake! His confidence in his team as well as his sellers/buyers is evident in his business relations. He is never arrogant or rude but always honest and trustworthy. We have known Steve for about ten years, from our first purchase to our selling point years later. His personality is friendly and outgoing. Steve is very personable, seems unflappable even in the toughest of situations, and will do whatever it takes. He also seems very knowledgeable, covering details that one might not have thought of. For example, he had the inspector include items that I hadn't known of or thought about which, ultimately, got us a significant discount on our insurance. He and his assistant got information about vendors for the new home and scheduled people to clean and do repairs at the house we are selling, even staying at the house while work was being done. We highly recommend working with Steve.

We met in the spring of 2021. Extremely hard working and very competent. Helpful in a million ways. Available literally 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A pleasure to work with.
