ZillowVERIFIEDWe hired Stephanie to sell our house and find us a short term rental while our new home was being built. Stephanie helped price it well and even though it was in good shape, made useful suggestions on how to best present it to prospective buyers. She provided beautiful, professionally done pictures for brochures and on line listing. She made us fully aware of how the showing process would go. Our first open house was about 3 days after the house became an active listing. It was an ugly, snowy, slushy day and yet Stephanie managed to attract something like 16 families to the open house. From that, we received 5 offers within the next 3 days. Stephanie walked us through each offer pointing out the pros & cons. She quickly negotiated with the buyers agent and came to a mutually agreeable offer. From there, she was on top of all items to insure a smooth inspection and closing process. We couldn't have been pleased more. To top it off, she was able to find us a short term rental that met our requirements even though this meant dealing with a very difficult landlord. She further stayed totally on top of things and made sure our full rental deposits were returned. We would not hesitate to use her again or recommend her to others.
