Review Stephanie handled what could have been a difficult real estate transaction for me. I wanted to sell my 20-year old doublewide on 12 1/2 acres on a private gravel road in Boones Mill. She found the perfect buyers, got the full price I wanted, and the sale closed 2 months after the initial listing. She was great! In 2012, after working with a few other Realtors who seemed to take only a part time interest in finding homes for us to tour, we found Stephanie and we were blown away. Review We were exceedingly pleased with Ms. Varney's guidance in purchasing our new home. She proactively contacted us when she saw us looking on Zillow. She showed great patience even when we were looking at houses beyond our price point and eventually steered us gently to a more affordable population. All of our housing specifications were ultimately met and after living in our new house for a few months we remain deeply appreciative of her counsel. Her greatest value was realized when we went to contract and closed on the mortgage. We used many service providers recommended by her and all were outstanding. Review Wow! Stephanie helped us by our first home about 7 years ago. We just bought our second home through her this past year. She's incredibly thorough and meticulate in finding out what's most important to you, and then finding the right house to match. We were never pushed in the wrong direction. Stephanie was never more than a phone call away, in fact, it most quite often she would read our minds and reach out to US first, anticipating questions and concerns. We went in to buying our homes knowing it would be overwhelming, but Stephanie truly did put our minds at ease, and allowed us to have an enjoyable experience.
