Samantha was not only my first realtor, she was my sherpa as I entered the world of real estate. To say nothing about her perfect balance between warmth and professionalism, she was a fount of knowledge when it came to all things real estate in Philadelphia. Every one of our small adventures was a learning opportunity, making me into a sharper buyer. She made the entire process genuinely pleasant, citing numerical facts off the top of her head in one sentence, and genuine, almost artistic interpretation of a property's design the next--demonstrating both a competence and a genuine passion for her craft. Should you be fortunate enough to work with her, this combination will serve you well. Furthermore, she advocated for me with less than scrupulous sellers, identified flaws and areas of concern with properties before wasting time on inspections, and performed accurate research rapidly on my very specific needs. While I ended up receiving a referral from a different realtor, it should speak volumes that I am even writing this review many months later, still thinking fondly of Samantha's thoughtful and methodical approach. Not once has she ever made me feel like she simply wanted to make the sale and move on, but wanted the property that was truly best for me. There are many real estate agents out there, but working with Samantha has shown me that the right agent doesn't help with everything, she *is* everything. If you are in the market for a property in Philadelphia, do yourself a favor and look Samantha up. You won't regret it. P. S. This is a true story. We were opening the door to a property, when a person driving by yelled out "She is the best agent in the city!" then continued driving. I kid you not. This happened.
