I cant say enough good things about having Rani as a realtor. We were first time homebuyers and went into the process, totally blind. Rani was there to explain every step and went above and beyond for the entire process. His support and expertise go above what your basic realtor should know. He was knowledgeable about so many first time homebuyer programs and was able to get us grants we never even heard about. He supported us and kept us informed through the entire process from the loans, finding a home, inspection, and helping us understand stuff even after we purchased our house. Rani made a very scary and daunting process seem easy. Were now two months into our beautiful dream home and couldnt be happier.

Rani went above and beyond to make this process easy for us. When people asked how I was handling the stress of closing on a house, I was confused because I never once felt stressed! I decided to work with Rani to purchase a home after family members raved about their experience of working with him. I have never been more impressed with a persons diligence and commitment to their clients. Rani was the 6th realtor I worked with and is now the only one Id work with, whether buying or selling. He is extremely knowledgeable, not just about real estate practices, but also of houses themselves. He provided keen insight into fine details of the houses we toured. We lucked out from the universe with Tiffany. You hear stories about realtors who don't care or don't know what they're doing or just try to get by doing the bare minimum. We didn't get that with Tiffany. She went above and beyond. Perfect example: We first met her to see 3 houses on Memorial Day. Everyone else would be celebrating and taking the day off. Not her. Example 2: There was a house I wanted to see that the selling agent didn't even bother trying to make happen. Tiffany, while showing us 3 houses, also pulled some strings to allow us to check out that house. We've had the pleasure of working with Tiffany from Memorial Day to the end of September, when we finally found a house that we loved. She guided us and explained things thoroughly and with such simplicity on everything. Offers, counter offers, appraisals, inspections, etc. I couldn't be happier with Tiffany and she more or less will be my realtor for life
