IF you are looking for a someone who will be with you from day 1, Samantha is your realtor!!! Not only is she professional, she GOES ABOVE AND BEYOUND FOR HER CLIENTS!!!.Even when or if she wasnt 100% sure she made sure to always did her research and gave us an answer, not JUST and answer but the real and honest one. After monthsss of searching with Sam and always be availiable to tour any home we saw that we were intersted in we finally found "the one". Rani was absolutely fantastic! Not only was he great and listening and understanding our wants and needs for our first home, but hes incredibly knowledgeable and was able to help us identity problems as things to look at for when trying houses that we otherwise wouldnt have known. He was also has a wide network of people to help make the process of buying as easy and painless as possible and was always available when we had questions or needed something. I will say too especially as a first time home buyer he was extremely knowledgeable and made sure we were utilizing all of the local programs available for first time home buyers which is something that without him we wouldve never known they existed.
