I just want to say that my cousin told me about Chris . Chris Somers is one of the best real estate agents Ive ever worked with without a doubt. Honestly he made the process so easy and he completed the transaction in a month. He showed to me that hes a true professional agent and he is also funny and he always have great negotiation skills. My family is very happy with the Somers teams professionalism and I'm pretty sure we will do more business in the future. God bless Everyone.

Great; he was patient, responsive and made the process much easier for a first time homeowner. I would recommend him for any first time homeowner. He helped me avoid a really bad purchase and helped me close on a great property.

Patrick was excellent in the process of finding and buying our Philadelphia home. He was present, kind, understanding, and informative at all our showings and tours, was receptive to our needs, and was a wealth of information on the local market and the buying process. He was always willing to answer any questions we had and was with us through the entire process from choosing a home to walkthrough, settlement, and closing.
