Hello, my name is Stephanie Pounds and I have lived in North East Ohio most of my life and can honestly say there is no other place that I would rather call home! From the sprawling metro parks that cover much of the area to the social and cultural hotspot of downtown Cleveland, to the seasonal hay rides and winter sports-there is just so much to do and see in this corner of Ohio! As the mother of 2 busy boys, I know how important "home" is. It is that place where great memories are made and warm feelings grow. It's where you feel safe and your solitude from the often too crowded world. It's where you tickle little toes, play fetch with your furry friend, and kiss loved ones good night. Stephanie posted her house for rent, with available open house dates and times. My family drove an hour to get to her open house, only to arrive and find the house locked, nobody there, and about a half dozen other people along with us waiting for her to show up for 30 minutes. We all tried calling her cell phone that is listed with Zillow, some of us were able to get through and leave messages while others just got a busy signal. She never responded and she never showed up. If this is how she treats an open house that she posted, I would not want to rent from her ever buy a house from her. Ever!
