We absolutely loved working with Stephanie for our house purchase in Lakewood. She was patient, communicative, and mindful of our needs and our situation. Stephanie posted her house for rent, with available open house dates and times. My family drove an hour to get to her open house, only to arrive and find the house locked, nobody there, and about a half dozen other people along with us waiting for her to show up for 30 minutes. We all tried calling her cell phone that is listed with Zillow, some of us were able to get through and leave messages while others just got a busy signal. She never responded and she never showed up. If this is how she treats an open house that she posted, I would not want to rent from her ever buy a house from her. Ever!
