Stephanie posted her house for rent, with available open house dates and times. My family drove an hour to get to her open house, only to arrive and find the house locked, nobody there, and about a half dozen other people along with us waiting for her to show up for 30 minutes. We all tried calling her cell phone that is listed with Zillow, some of us were able to get through and leave messages while others just got a busy signal. She never responded and she never showed up. If this is how she treats an open house that she posted, I would not want to rent from her ever buy a house from her. Ever!

Stephanie was there every step of the way during our home buying process. Would recommend her to anyone! Shes quick to respond and is very knowledgeable of the north east Ohio region area! Love her!

Stephanie was amazing to work with. She helped me sell my house from states away. She was patient as we worked through repairs and updates prior to selling, guided me through the process and inspections all pretty smooth and seamless. I would recommend her to anyone I know selling a property .

We absolutely loved working with Stephanie for our house purchase in Lakewood. She was patient, communicative, and mindful of our needs and our situation. She gave us the space to make decisions when we needed it, but was there to help as soon as we called. I hope we wont be home shopping again anytime soon, but if we are I have no doubt about who well call.

Stephanie is great! She helped me find a home for my family and we are so happy and ever so greatful! If you ever need help finding the perfect home for you she is the best person to help you
