Everything was up in the air & Stephanie juggled everything perfectly. We ended up with a lot of unforeseen issues that she handled with so much grace & communicated with us through everything. Stephanie is a personable, trustworthy realtor and I wouldnt go to anyone else in Hampton roads. Pro perk: her and her husband lived the military life for many many years. During the negotiations phase, she was open to all of my offers and was encouraging when I aimed to get a good deal, which I did.
