Review My wife and I had a month, we gave Stephanie a truncated timeline and very little in person interaction (covids fault) and said make it work. Well, she came through tenfold! Not only did she give us options when all our online "research" feel through, she was also savvy enough to work with the other realtors in the area to provide us a way forward. She was completely professional with who she needed to be and personal with us. If she's not number 1 in this area, she da*n well better be. Thanks to her and her tireless work ethic, my wife and I have a place to call home with our new geographic change. If this doesn't convince you to hire her, you need to give her a chance to convince you she's the best on her own then!

Review Awe-inspiring.The simplest way that I can describe Stephanies level of commitment to my family finding a new home. She always found a way to make time for us. Whether it was to look at a house, or explain a portion of the home buying process, she was there for us. Once we had found our new home, it didnt stop there. She kept in touch with us on a very regular basis to make sure we were able to transfer utilities, set up movers, and get our new home ready for us.You can buy a house with anyone as your realtor. But you will buy a HOME if you use Stephanie.

I tried to sell my house a few years ago, my house stayed on the market for over 10 months after many price adjustments and several agents I decide to take the house off the market. I decided to sell again in late March of 2020 and reached out to Stephanie. Stephanie came to my house and took the time to explain the process of marketing my house and sale strategy. Stephanie is military friendly and the most trustworthy agent I have ever worked with. I had 3 offers within 24 hrs and accepted one for 15k over asking price with zero conditions. If I wasn't leaving the area I would choose her to find my future home. I would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone buying or selling a home in the northern Virginia area
