ReviewWhen listing our home we decided to contact Stephanie Cheatham to be our listing agent. She came out to her home within hours of us contacting her and was able to provide us with comps of homes in the area and solid advice on the selling of our home. We had 2 phone calls from buyers agents within minutes of the home being listed. Our home was placed under contract in under 24hrs of being listed. Stephanie communicated with us every step of the way and made this process very stress free. I've used Stephanie for purchasing a home in 2006 and then selling the same home in 2020 and my experience was great on both transactions. Review Stephanie will get the job done. She knew a lot about properties in general and we had to counter several times. With her advice, we were able to close on the home. She quickly answered emails and phone calls which was just what we needed because we were relocating from a place out of town. She was always friendly and upbeat and she answered questions we had about the legal contract parts in a manner that made sense. Review Stephanie didn't try to sell us a house she sold us a HOME. Most realtors just want you to buy a house so they get the commission. With Stephanie she didn't try to convince us on buying but worked hard on finding us all our must haves. She is also very good with giving us information on anything that we was unsure about. There was a terrific amount of traffic and interest in the home and then once we had an offer she was right on top of everything. Review True story. My wife and I were thinking about selling our home last year, I gave Stephanie a call. Still wondering if we even wanted to sell, we decided to let her list the home just to see what would happen. Amazingly, on day #11 she brought us a very solid contract for almost full price of what we were asking. Day #13 our house was sold !! At that point , we had to get busy to find another home. Stephanie really did listen to what my wife and I were looking for because the 5th house she showed us we fell in love with and are now living in today. I would recommend Stephanie Cheatham to anyone. She takes her job seriously and is always there when you need her.
