We engaged three real estate agents who were well intentioned but opted to employ a transactional rather than a relationship approach to sales. They simply provided us daily listings via email with little to no communication. They also attempted to persuade us to use other lenders instead of our lender of choice. Our frustration and disappointment grew as weeks turned into months. Then we found Stephanie and we never looked back. Stephanie listened carefully and asked thought-provoking questions that enabled her to narrow our search.
