My wife and I felt it was important to share our experience. We purchased a home from Stephanie recently, and shortly after moving in, we discovered significant plumbing issues on the second floor when we used the bathtub for the first time. When we brought this to her attention, she told us it was our responsibility as the new homeowners, not realizing there are laws protecting buyers from undisclosed issues like this. A plumber confirmed the damage was pre-existing. While she was generally responsive and we are thankful she covered the cost of the GFCI outlet upgrade, its clear she often forgets to follow up. She didnt suggest a home warranty, which we thought was unusual for a real estate agent. We also raised concerns about a back door that didnt open, but there was no follow-up on that either. Overall, we found Stephanie to be really nice; however, we were disappointed in how she handled the critical issues we faced after purchasing our home. We genuinely wish our experience had been better.
