Stephanie and her husband Chris did a great job helping us in the home buying process. Great communication skills and replied promptly to our questions throughout the process. It was nice to have someone who is from the area to advise on Vancouver specifics. Stephanie was well organized and also kept us organized along the way so we knew what to expect. We really appreciated was her diligence in coordinating her network during the inspection period (inspector, handy man, roofer etc..) so that we could have quotes to get and understanding of the addition work needed on the home. Stephanie is easy to work with and we would recommend her if you are looking to buy a home in the Vancouver area!
