My situation was a little different than most with selling my home which I'm sure made Stephanie's job a hard one. She had to deal with two unagreeable party's beeing the point of communication for us helping the process move forward despite all the hoops and hurdles the situation presented Stephanie was always on the ball never missing a beat answering any question I had not only happy to answer them but answering them in detail so I could fully understand too make the best decisions for myself and be comfortable with the decisions I was making. Most importantly Stephanie was always there when I needed no matter how small or silly the thing I needed or wanted to know. In a business world where everyone is so unpersonable and just about the bottom line I am grateful that Stephanie was the polar opposite of that. So thank you Stephanie I will be referring you and will be using you in the future!

Not only is Stephanie super knowledgeable about the home buying process and familiar with both sides (buying and selling), she knows the area and the market here extremely well. She is also very responsive and supportive. I really appreciated her directness and her willingness to talk through anything that I was hesitant about. Stephanie was so helpful that I felt comfortable taking on the challenge of an older estate home as my first home purchase!
