She spent several weekends over a period of a few months showing us homes, and she would always point out good, as well as bad, qualities in a home to make sure we were as educated as possible. She repeatedly told us she didnt care about anything except that we were happy with our final decision, and there is no doubt she was telling the truth. We put in two separate offers before finding our current home, and she never pressured us to accept the sellers counters when there were concerns on our end. Without blinking, she rearranged vacation plans when our closing was delayed by a week at the last minute. This was my first home purchase and she was very patient with me and answered the TONS of questions I had about the process, which made me feel very comfortable. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and knew about the different communities and what they had to offer. We started the process by her providing me with a name for a lender . When I told her what the lender offered, she thought she could find me a better deal and gave me the name of another lender, and she was right, I got a great deal!! I didnt have much time between when I began looking and when I needed to move, and she went out of her way to accommodate my schedule by meeting with me to view up to 10 properties at a time, which took all day. She offered me opinions and advice for each property. She also helped me determine monthly payments, monthly taxes etc for all of the properties that I narrowed it down to in order to determine whether or not it was something I was willing to pay for. Stellas patience, guidance and honesty really helped me along the house buying process and I am extremely happy she was my realtor. I would reccommend her and plan on using her again when I sell and buy again!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife (then fiance) and I met Stella when we were looking for a house/farm to buy and had been looking for a about a year and had just fired an agent with another real estate company for some unethical behavior. Stella was the listing agent on a place that we were looking at purchasing. After speaking with Stella for at least 30 minutes about the property she had listed and what my fiance and I were looking for Stella offered to help us since we did not have an agent representing us. One thing that stayed with me from that first conversation was that Stella told us that you really should not try to buy a house without someone whether it be an agent or a legal expert to watch out for your interest. My fiance and I set up a meeting with Stella and I can say that Stella is a genuinely caring and concerned person especially for her clients and she does watch out for their best interest. We looked at so many places that I cant remember, but Stella never pushed us one way or the other as to whether we should purchase a particular place, however she did give us her honest opinion and appraisal from her perspective of each place we looked at and left the decision to us. Not once did she complain when we were hung on the fence about a particular place nor did Stella try to rush us to buy to make a sale. That is a huge plus especially in the real estate business as so many seem to want to make a sale at the expense of later headaches for the client not so with Stella.My wife and I had searched constantly on all of the different real estate sites for houses and farms and really found nothing that we hadnt looked at or ruled out for other reasons. Stella sent us a house listing literally 5 minutes after it popped up into the MRIS system and we looked at it and decided to look at it. Stella set up an appointment with the seller and we were the first and only ones to look at it. When my wife and I walked into the house and went through the house for a tour it felt like home to us. We had Stella draw up and submit an offer which was accepted almost immediately. With Stellas guidance we were first time home owners and we got an awesome house and the farm we were wanting. Stella went out of her way and above the call of duty to look out for us and make sure we were happy with the house and with everything during the buying process. We were extremely happy with Stellas professionalism, expertise, knowledge, and just all around great attitude and personality. ZillowVERIFIED My husband isnt the easiest person to deal with on important legal matters such as purchasing real estate, so it was difficult to convince him that we needed an agent to assist us on finding a property. He cautiously went along with this process. Ultimately, we didnt necessarily need an agent to find properties (we did that part on our own), but we did need the services for other important matters such as access to properties, writing the sales agreement during the wee hours of the night, sending emails several times a day with updates and inquiries and the list goes on. Stella was patient (Im sure it wasnt easy at times) and followed through on everything we asked her to do plus more.
