Working with Stefen was exceptional. He made the normally stressful experience of selling a home a very smooth and even pleasant experience. I can be somewhat difficult, asking a lot of questions, and needing to be immediately kept abreast of all that is happening. Stefen is an excellent communicator and is extremely knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered without hesitation and with expertise. in addition to all the attributes already mentioned, I would highly recommend him as a realtor because of professionalism and personality. Great guy.

In our experience, realtors come in basically two flavors. One is the hard charging type who aggressively markets your home, gets you a great price, and then is off to the next client. The other is the folksy, low intensity realtor who works with you to navigate the process, has your back, and will be there for you if something starts to go off the rails. With Stefen, you get the best of both worlds. When we were interviewing realtors we were very impressed with his proposed strategy for marketing our home, but at the same time he came across like the football dad from down the street - enthusiastic, confident, and easy to talk to. His marketing strategy certainly paid off. We received a dozen offers, all above asking. I doubt he can guarantee that for everyone, but he obviously knows how to get top dollar for your home. Stefen walked us through picking the best offer, and has since then gone the extra mile for us because we moved out of state and can't take care of some of the little things which come up when you sell your home. When an issue comes up, he has usually already devised a solution and is taking care of things. If we had this to do again, we would pick Stefen without hesitation. Very highly recommended!

My bother worked with Stefen to sell his home and buy a new one and when it came time to sell my Dad's home after he passed away, he recommended Stefen. What a fantastic job Stefen did!! Early on before we even started with estate sale, Stefen came out to suggest what we needed to do to get it sold quickly. The house was a very unique listing with not many comps to compare. It was an older house that needed upgrades and the pictures turned out great online. I was surprised when we got multiple offers and was under contract to a great family within a few days. We never felt any pressure throughout the entire process. Stefen was very professional and I would recommend him to help with selling or buying a home.
