ZillowVERIFIEDBeing from out of state we needed an agent that new the market and help in a competitive market. Rick was available every time we need and responded quickly to allow us to move quickly. No pressure just responsive. Rick was committed to help us find the perfect fit not just a house that would make do. We were more than totally satisfied.

ZillowVERIFIED Stan sold our home pretty quick. My issue was communication was horrible. You don?t even get a call if you get a offer. They send a email. I always had to call them He didn?t even call or send a card to congratulate us. Would I use him again. Unfortunately NO!

ZillowVERIFIED Rick and Grace were very responsive to all of my messages/emails! They helped me to understand the home buying process better and helped make the process of buying my first home a simple one! When we went out to view the home, Rick ensured that I was getting a great deal for what we were interested in. He also met all of our scheduled showings without any issues. I would definitely recommend Stan Jones Realty Team!

ZillowVERIFIED Samantha is an awesome realtor. Sam is so patient, helpful, caring, knowledgeable, informative and her negotiating skills are amazing. As a first time home buyer I was so overwhelmed and stressed, but Sam always reassured me that I can do this. She treated me like family and not just her client and that definitely meant a lot. Samantha is such a genuine person, she went over and beyond to find me my forever home and now Im officially a home owner. Also Ive gained a true friend and sister for like. So if your in search to buy or sell and want someone who is real and honest call Samantha. Thank you for everything Sam.

ZillowVERIFIED Being a veteran not familiar with GAs home buying requirements, Samantha was very helpful in all aspects of home buying. She is someone I will be telling future home owners to look up in their quest to find the right home for their future needs and requirements. Bottom line is Samantha was their when I had any issues from anyone through out this process.

ZillowVERIFIED Emily was great! We were first time home buyers and she was knowledgeable and had no problem finding the answers for us on anything she didnt know off-hand, she was quick to respond anytime we emailed or texted her, and she was absolutely a shark when it came to our negotiations! Were hoping to buy a rental property in the next year or two and well definitely be going back for Emilys expertise.

ZillowVERIFIED After my first meeting with Stan Jones, I knew he understood the market and he also really cared about my family. Then I found out how awesome his entire team is! They really took the pressure off and allowed me to focus on my family. It was a great experience through it all. In the end, we sold our home and couldn?t be happier! Thanks Stan Jones!
