Just last week I was able to find my buyer a home for $200,000 with 3 bed and 1 bath. She is a single momma and this was a dream come true for her, as she works 2 jobs. It made my day when the seller accepted her offer. I was able to guide her to a lender that has an amazing OR bond program that beat any lender by 1% interest rate to make this impossible possible !

The company I worked at had sold out. I was in the grocery store having a panic attack. I walked away from my cart that was fully loaded. I started to drive home, in tears and was crying out to the Lord " What am I to do?" It was as if he was sitting in my passenger seat. He said, "Real Estate" I literally grabbed 10 and 2 on my steering wheel, looked up into the blue sky and said, "Are you kidding me?" That was it! I had about a mile until I got home and told my husband I was going to sell Real Estate. I am a 2nd generation and my grandmother handed me a Real Estate book to study back when I was in my early 20's. I lasted maybe 20 sec's and said, "NOPE Not for me" Never in my craziest dreams would I say I would change careers in my mid 40's. However, here I am, and I LOVE IT!
